What We Are Hiring
We're looking for an early-career Growth Engineer (0–3 years' experience) who can combine strong technical execution with a deep curiosity about user behaviour and growth mechanics.
What You'll Be Doing
- Own and scale high-impact growth initiatives across the customer journey.
- Build and optimize acquisition, conversion, and retention systems at scale.
- Run data-driven experiments to unlock sustainable user and revenue growth.
- Leverage analytics and user insights to shape product decisions.
- Partner closely with leadership to drive strategic growth objectives.
- 0–3 years of experience in growth engineering, growth product, PLG, SEO, or conversion optimisation.
- Strong technical skills with the ability to ship production-ready solutions.
- Hands-on experience with data, analytics, and growth experimentation.
- Understanding of SEO, conversion optimisation, and user acquisition strategies.
- Familiarity with lifecycle marketing, automation, and product-led growth principles.
