Axiom is hiring for a fast-scaling international Fintech seeking to appoint a Global Marketing Director to lead and build its marketing function from the ground up.
This is a pivotal leadership role that will drive growth through best-in-class B2B enterprise marketing. You’ll be joining a business transforming global payments for platforms and cross-border workforces — one where failure to deliver means real people don’t get paid. It’s fast-paced, purposeful, and requires someone who thrives in a high-ownership environment.
The Role
You will own and execute a global go-to-market strategy, shaping the brand narrative and building scalable campaigns that deliver real commercial outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and lead a robust ABM strategy aligned with sales.
- Shape the value proposition and brand positioning across multiple markets.
- Support the sales cycle with powerful content and enablement materials.
- Drive performance marketing, integrated campaigns, and demand generation.
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Client Solutions.
- Champion customer insight to continually refine messaging and campaigns.
- Manage the full marketing funnel — from awareness to retention.

- Proven success in building marketing functions from the ground up.
- A track record of high-performing ABM and growth marketing campaigns.
- Deep understanding of the customer journey, funnel dynamics, and how to drive conversion.
- Strong data and analytical capabilities – you know what’s working and why.
- Exceptional storytelling and communication skills, both internally and externally.
- A collaborative, entrepreneurial approach – no ego, just results.
