Axiom is hiring a Global Marketing Director for a fast-growing FinTech company revolutionizing cross-border payments.

They are on a mission to make cross-border payments easier for global platforms and e-commerce businesses

They’re growing fast and looking for a marketing leader who can help share their story with the world.

What You'll Do
  • Build and lead the marketing function from the ground up.
  • Create and execute a scalable go-to-market (GTM) and ABM strategy.
  • Refine Navro’s messaging and value proposition across all customer segments and materials.
  • Support sales with impactful content to boost conversions, retention, and growth.
  • Run demand generation and integrated campaigns to grow brand awareness and user base.
Who You Are
  • Proven B2B enterprise marketing leader with a strong track record of driving growth during the early stages of a company’s development.
  • A background in payments / fintech.
  • At least 10 years of Marketing experience.
  • Strong analytical skills, a data-driven mindset, and keen attention to detail.
  • Built and developed ABM programmes as part of an aligned GTM strategy.
