We are partnering with a global legal platform to appoint an experienced Funds Manager. A senior, strategic role focused on fund structuring, sponsor advisory, and regulatory matters across international markets.
The Company
The platform operates a dedicated, specialist investment management practice, bringing together fund formation, regulatory, transactional, and disputes expertise to serve financial services clients.
With a strong mid-market presence and growing strength in private credit, it combines technical depth with commercial focus, supported by a notable regulatory capability shaped by experience across major financial frameworks.
What We Are Hiring
We are looking for a Partner focused on investment management and funds, advising sponsors and investment managers.
You will bring:
- Strong experience in closed-end fund formation, with broader exposure to hedge funds, private equity, and credit
- Deep expertise in fund structuring, economics, and lifecycle management
- Solid understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance
- Proven track record advising sponsor-led clients in fast-paced environments
- Network and client base preferred; private credit experience is a plus
