We're looking for a Founding Design Engineer who enjoys working at the intersection of design and engineering. This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing AI startup and play a key role in shaping both the product experience and frontend implementation.

The Role
We're seeking a Design Engineer who enjoys working across both design and frontend development.
In this role, you'll help shape user experiences for a sophisticated B2B product, contributing to everything from product design and interaction flows through to frontend implementation and delivery.
Responsibilities
- Own and shape the product experience from day one.
- Design and build impactful React/TypeScript interfaces used by enterprise customers.
- Establish the design language and UX foundations for the entire company.
- Drive the future of a cutting-edge AI-powered B2B platform.
- Partner directly with founders to influence product vision and strategy at the highest level.
- 1–5 years of Design Engineering experience.
- Strong React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and Figma skills.
- Experience shipping production-ready frontend applications.
- Able to own projects from design through implementation.
- Comfortable working on technical products in fast-paced startup environments.
- Experience designing AI, automation, or agentic workflows.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design and production code.
- Side projects, startup experience, or products with real users.
- Background in engineering, computer science, or design.
- Proven ability to execute and ship products end-to-end.
