What You'll Be Doing
As one of the company's first engineers, you'll have a direct impact on architecture, product direction and engineering culture.
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and scale the core platform powering enterprise AI agents.
- Own end-to-end product development across backend, frontend, AI workflows, and deployment.
- Build production-ready AI systems, evaluation pipelines, and agent orchestration.
- Work directly with enterprise customers to rapidly iterate on product solutions.
- Partner with founders to shape the technical roadmap and engineering culture.
- 4+ years of software engineering experience building scalable B2B products.
- Proven experience shipping AI/ML applications, including LLMs, AI agents, or modern AI infrastructure.
- Strong full-stack engineering skills with end-to-end ownership.
- Comfortable in fast-paced, highly autonomous startup environments.
- Product-minded engineer who balances customer needs with technical excellence.
