What We're Looking For
- 2–3 years of experience in finance, accounting or audit.
- Strong bookkeeping, accounts payable, reconciliations and month-end closing skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting software such as Abacus or equivalent.
- Knowledge of Swiss GAAP or Swiss Code of Obligations (CO).
- Strong attention to detail, ownership and daily use of AI tools.
- Fluent English, German is a plus, and Swiss work authorisation or EU/EFTA nationality required.
The Opportunity
- Attractive Salary with meaningful equity participation.
- Direct COO Exposure and the chance to influence real business decisions.
- Broad Finance Experience across accounting, treasury, audit and reporting.
- Digital Assets Industry Exposure in a fast-growing institutional business.
- AI-Native Culture that embraces smarter tools and modern workflows.
- Flexible Working with options from 60% to 100% FTE.
