Axiom is hiring for a well-established international web development company, seeking to bring on a proven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and elevate its multi-brand digital presence.

This is an exciting opportunity to step into a leadership role within a stable, fast-scaling global business that operates across North America, Europe, Asia, and South America. 

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with a team of content and social media professionals.
  • Assist in the development of multi-platform content strategies.
  • Drive marketing campaigns for websites and brands.
  • Implement innovative marketing funnels to boost brand visibility.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support branding, sales, and content initiatives.
  • Monitor trends across social platforms and adapt strategy accordingly.
  • Maintain oversight of hundreds of social media channels.
  • Help shape marketing priorities and process improvements.
Requirements:
  • 1–3+ years of experience in digital or online marketing leadership.
  • Background in managing teams, campaigns, and creative workflows.
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Strong grasp of marketing funnels, content strategy, and branding.
  • Creative thinker who’s not afraid to challenge the status quo.
  • Familiar with SEO, backlinking, and multi-channel campaign execution.
  • Plus: knowledge of US trends, culture, and consumer behaviour.
