We are hiring a DeFi Product Manager to lead a new digital asset product from early development through launch and growth.
You will own the roadmap, define the MVP, and work across product mechanics, risk, integrations, and user experience, with real accountability for what gets built and how it performs.

The company is an early-stage digital asset business building a new generation of on-chain financial infrastructure.
Backed by established names in the Web3 ecosystem, the team brings strong experience across DeFi, blockchain, and financial products, with a clear focus on making complex strategies simpler and more accessible.
Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap and take a fixed-rate DeFi product from MVP through launch, adoption, and continued growth.
- Define product requirements, workflows, and integrations alongside engineering, risk, legal, BD, and marketing.
- Evaluate integrations across lending protocols, money markets, DEX aggregators, yield platforms, and vault infrastructure.
- Identify liquidation risks, failure modes, and edge cases while building a transparent, trusted product for institutional and retail users.
- Track liquidity, volume, conversion, retention, and capital efficiency, using AI tools such as Claude Code and Codex to accelerate prototyping and iteration.
- 3–4 years of product management experience across fintech, financial services, Web3 or DeFi.
- Proven experience taking financial or technical products from concept through launch.
- Strong knowledge of lending, borrowing, structured yield, collateralised products and leveraged strategies.
- Practical understanding of fixed-rate products, liquidation risk, collateral management and capital efficiency.
- Familiarity with DeFi infrastructure, including money markets, vaults, DEX aggregators and yield tokenisation protocols.
- Comfortable working with engineering and commercial teams, with strong communication skills and fluency in English and Mandarin.
