We’re seeking a DeFi Engineer to create and refine systems that enable smooth, efficient digital asset interactions across diverse platforms. You’ll collaborate with a driven, fast-moving team, solving complex problems to deliver a seamless experience in an evolving, high-stakes environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Work on backend systems that integrate with major Solana and EVM-based platforms.
- Design and optimise low-latency, high-throughput APIs that handle complex processes behind the scenes.
- Partner with frontend teams to deliver real-time data from distributed networks.
- Implement rigorous security practices across all platform and user interactions.
- Explore new possibilities by staying ahead of trends in blockchain and backend technologies.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience building production-grade systems in Rust or Go.
- Solid grasp of distributed ledger concepts, on-chain mechanics, and protocol-level integrations.
- Skilled in working directly with smart contracts on networks leveraging AMMs, cross-network bridges, and EVM/Solana ecosystems.
- Comfortable designing microservices, managing databases, and deploying with Docker/Kubernetes.
- Thrives in fast-paced, early-stage environments, turning complex technical challenges into streamlined, effective solutions.
- Background in designing and building low-latency or high-throughput systems for real-time execution.
