Axiom is hiring a Data Engineering Lead for a fast-growing digital financial platform in the UAE. This is an amazing opportunity to join a fast-growing and highly stable neobank.
This is a key leadership role focused on architecting, scaling, and owning the core data ecosystem, shaping how data drives analytics, AI, and real-time customer experiences across the organization.

What We’re Hiring
The role is for a senior data engineering leader with solid technical skills and experience handling large-scale data systems, preferably in banking, fintech, or other regulated sectors.
- Able to design and deliver enterprise data platforms and pipelines (batch and streaming).
- Experienced in governed data ecosystems, including lineage, catalogues, quality, and compliance.
- Skilled in building regulatory reporting systems for Risk, Finance, and Audit.
- Capable of creating AI/ML-ready data foundations and feature pipelines.
- Strong with modern data architecture, Spark/PySpark, Airflow, SQL/Python, CI/CD, and stakeholder influence.
