What We’re Hiring
We are looking for a hands-on technical leader with deep expertise in DeFi infrastructure, smart contract security, and custody-grade systems.
What You'll Do
- Lead the technical vision, architecture, and long-term platform strategy.
- Drive product delivery, engineering excellence, and execution across key initiatives.
- Strong smart contract and protocol security expertise (Safe / ERC-4337).
- Oversee security, infrastructure, and operational resilience across the platform.
- Establish best practices for risk management, access controls, and governance.
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing engineering team as the business grows.
What You'll Bring
- Proven track record leading engineering teams and delivering secure, production-grade DeFi products.
- Deep expertise in smart contract security, protocol design, and risk management.
- Strong experience with wallet infrastructure, account abstraction, and secure key management.
- Security-first leader with a focus on audits, governance, operational resilience, and incident response.
- Excellent communicator, able to translate complex technical concepts for founders, investors, and senior stakeholders.
