Axiom Recruit is hiring a Crypto Recruitment Manager for a globally recognised crypto-native media and technology business with a huge international audience.
Own the hiring infrastructure as the solo recruiter across the business and work directly with senior leadership to find top Web3 talent. You’ll recruit across crypto, growth, partnerships, operations, product and engineering.
This is a remote role based in either Europe, UAE or South Africa only.

With teams across the UAE, Africa, Europe and beyond, they’re a fast-moving, ambitious and truly crypto-native business. As they continue to scale, hiring is becoming a major priority and this role will play a key part in building the teams that drive the next stage of growth.
What You’ll Own
- Own the full hiring process from brief to sourcing to signed offer and onboarding.
- Partner directly with senior leadership on high-impact hires.
- Build global talent pipelines across crypto, commercial, content and tech.
- Source top talent across LinkedIn, X, Telegram, Discord, GitHub and Web3 communities.
- Advise leadership on talent, recruitment infrastructure, compensation and market trends.
- Help shape and improve the company’s hiring process, all talent toolings, interviews and onboarding.
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years in the recruitment industry.
- Strong background hiring across blockchain, crypto, Web3 or digital assets.
- Excellent sourcing skills and a strong international talent network.
- Experience recruiting across multiple functions and markets.
- Experience from a crypto-native business, exchange, protocol, trading company, Web3 media platform or specialist crypto recruitment firm would be particularly attractive.
