Axiom is seeking a visionary Chief Financial Officer to join a leading Crypto & DeFi Investment Research Company recognized as one of the fastest-growing enterprises in the industry.
As CFO, you'll report directly to the CEO and play a key role in the leadership team. You'll help shape the financial strategy and ensure long-term growth as the company expands globally.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Financial Leadership:
- Develop financial strategies to support company growth.
- Analyze economic trends and forecast their impact on the business.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for expansion into new products.
- Lead planning processes and suggest improvements.
- Oversee financial reporting, ensuring compliance with laws and accuracy.
Cash Flow and Treasury Oversight:
- Manage cash flow and liquidity for operations and growth.
- Oversee treasury functions and investment strategies.
- Lead capital-raising efforts, including working with venture capital.
- Supervise finance team and manage vendor relationships.
- Provide financial forecasts, reports, and optimize operational efficiencies.
Who Are You
- 5+ years in financial management, startup experience preferred.
- Proven experience as CFO or in similar leadership roles.
- Expertise in investment banking, venture capital, and fundraising.
- Knowledge of MENA and US corporate financial laws and tax practices.
- Strong network with PE funds in USA & MENA
- Degree in Accounting/Finance (MSc/MBA preferred).
