Axiom is hiring CFD Business Development Managers across Southeast Asia - covering Malaysia, Vietnam, and the Philippines - for a major player at the intersection of traditional brokerage and digital assets. Commercial roles, target-driven, full ownership of your local market.
The Company
A globally established digital assets business with a deep product suite spanning spot, derivatives, and CFD-style instruments. Strong liquidity, mature infrastructure, large international user base, and serious commercial momentum behind their expansion into traditional trading verticals.
SEA is a priority growth region and these hires will lead commercial development on the ground in their respective markets.
The Role
You'll lead BD across your local market - building partnerships with brokers, IBs, and trading clients, driving user volumes and transaction flow, and feeding market intelligence back into product and operations. Closely linked into product, marketing, and ops to drive client onboarding, activation, and retention.
What you'll be doing
- Driving BD across your local SEA market - user growth, trading volumes, long-term partnerships.
- Building and managing relationships with brokers, IBs, channel partners, and trading-focused clients.
- Working closely with product, marketing, and ops on client acquisition and activation.
- Feeding market and customer intelligence back into the business to shape product direction.
- Owning commercial KPIs, with regular performance reviews and reporting.
- BD or sales background in CFDs, FX, securities, or brokerage
- Strong grasp of brokerage models - trading flows, commission and rebate structures, IB economics
- Existing book of brokers, IBs, or trading-related clients is a serious advantage
- Genuine interest in crypto and digital assets - prior exposure a plus, not a must
- Strong communicator and negotiator, self-starter, comfortable owning a market
- Fluent in English plus your local language (Bahasa Malay, Vietnamese, or Tagalog)
