Axiom is hiring a CFD Business Development Manager to lead growth across Spain, Portugal, and the wider Iberian market for a major player bridging traditional brokerage and digital assets. Commercial role with real autonomy and a clear mandate to build.

The Role
You'll lead BD across Iberia - developing partnerships with brokers, IBs, and trading-focused clients, driving user growth and trading volumes, and bringing back market signal to shape product and ops decisions.
You'll work closely with product, marketing, and operations to support onboarding and activation end-to-end.

What you'll be doing
- Leading BD across Iberia - growing users, volumes, and long-term commercial partnerships.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with brokers, IBs, channel partners, and financial clients.
- Partnering with product, marketing, and ops on client acquisition and activation.
- Capturing market and customer feedback to feed product and business optimisation.
- Owning your commercial targets, with regular reviews and reporting.
- Background in BD or sales across CFDs, FX, securities, or brokerage.
- Solid understanding of brokerage models - trading processes, commissions, rebates, IB economics.
- Existing network of brokers, IBs, or trading clients in Iberia is a serious advantage.
- Interest in crypto and digital assets - direct experience welcome but not essential.
- Strong negotiator, self-driven, comfortable owning a regional patch.
- Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese a strong plus.
