Axiom is hiring for a high-growth, global crypto-led Fintech platform shaping the future of consumer crypto and digital finance.

We're looking for a seasoned B2B Business Development Lead to spearhead ecosystem partnerships and drive strategic deals.

This is a pivotal role at the intersection of Web3, fintech, and real-world finance. You’ll be driving growth across blockchain protocols, launching chain-led initiatives, and closing deals that shape the next wave of consumer adoption.

The Role
You'll collaborate closely with various stakeholders to navigate a wide range of initiatives, shaping opportunities, guiding collaborations, and contributing to broader strategic efforts.

You’ll work cross-functionally with product, engineering, design, and growth teams to drive adoption and build highly integrated partner experiences.
  • Build strong relationships in the blockchain space to explore new opportunities.
  • Help launch projects in collaboration with different partners.
  • Lead discussions that support business growth.
  • Work with other teams to create smooth, integrated experiences.
  • Represent the company in important meetings and events in the industry.
The Candidate
The right candidate MUST come from the Crypto market, and have a proven background of driving B2B partnerships within Protocols, DeFi and other blockchain related projects. Prior Wallet partnership exp. a real benefit.
  • 6–10+ years in business development, partnerships or ecosystem roles.
  • Experience in crypto, fintech, or high-growth consumer tech (wallets, protocols, or similar).
  • Skilled at working across teams to bring initiatives forward.
  • Confident engaging with senior stakeholders in dynamic settings.
  • Bonus: experience launching chain-led wallet or protocol GTMs or working in L1/L2 ecosystems.
