The Role
You'll design, build, and deploy AI capabilities across the platform - from intelligent agents and autonomous workflows through to LLM-powered features that simplify everyday financial tasks. Expect to push from prototype to production quickly and own outcomes end-to-end.
What you'll be doing
- Building AI-first products and intelligent agents that guide customers toward financial goals.
- Developing and deploying ML/AI models across NLP, LLMs, and generative AI.
- Designing autonomous workflows that automate complex financial tasks.
- Shipping features collaboratively with product, data, and design.
- Embedding responsible AI principles - governance, fairness, scalability.
- Prototyping fast, testing hypotheses, iterating on what works.
- 3–7 years building and shipping AI/ML systems, ideally in fintech or high-growth tech.
- Strong Python and deep familiarity with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, NLP, reinforcement learning, or autonomous agents.
- Cloud-native (AWS, GCP, or Azure) with MLOps fluency.
- Builder mindset - proactive, hands-on, allergic to over-engineering.
- Genuine interest in applying AI to customer-facing financial use cases.
