As the Affiliate Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliates, providing ongoing support.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive affiliate program across multiple channels.
- Optimize affiliate performance through analysis and strategy adjustments to improve ROI.
- Track performance, monitor key metrics, and prepare reports for strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal teams and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Proven experience building an Affiliate Marketing Program from inception.
- Experience as an Affiliate Manager in the Financial, DeFi, or blockchain industries.
- Strong understanding of affiliate marketing strategies, metrics, and tools.
- Excellent communication skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to work independently and lead a department effectively.
